Prep Network adds Kara Lemmens as Emerging Program Manager

Prep Network announced the hiring of Kara Lemmens, joining the events department as the Emerging Program Manager East.

Kara will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and guiding programs through the sales process. She will be collaborating with internal teams, tracking industry trends, and maintaining detailed records to support Prep Girls Hoops’ overall growth efforts.

Kara grew up with a basketball background, playing four years of varsity basketball and 4 years of collegiate basketball at Cardinal Stritch University, appearing in two national tournaments (2018-2019). After playing, Kara decided to focus on her passion for coaching and helping female athletes become the best version of themselves on and off the court. Kara is currently the Girls High School Director with the 24:Up program and is proud to be joining the Prep Girls Hoops team.
