Prep Network LLC (“Prep Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers promotions through our brand websites, event platforms, checkout pages, and other sales or marketing channels (collectively, the “Sites”). These terms apply whenever you redeem a promotional code, register for a discounted event, or participate in any sales-related offer, whether online or offline.

By participating in a promotion or completing a purchase tied to a promotional offer, you agree to these Sales & Promotions Terms.

Certain promotions, events, or programs may include additional offer-specific rules or conditions. When applicable, those details will be shared at the time of purchase or registration and apply in addition to the terms outlined here.

Subscription Codes

Black Friday 50% Promotion

Disclaimer:

Receive 50% off your first billing cycle on any subscription plan with a single-use promotional code. This promotion is valid for new subscriptions only and cannot be applied to active or previously existing Prep Network subscriptions. The discount may not be combined with any other promotional offers, including event bundles. The promotion expires December 2, 2025, and cannot be redeemed after this date. How It Works:

Free Trial Promotions

Disclaimer:

Eligible customers may receive 7 days of free access to any participating Prep Network subscription plan for a limited time. Free trials are activated using a single-use promotional code and are available to new subscriptions only. Existing or previously active subscribers are not eligible. This offer cannot be combined with other promotional discounts, including event bundles.

The free trial period ends 7 days after activation. If the subscription is not canceled prior to the end of the trial, the account will automatically convert to a paid subscription and be charged accordingly. All sales are final.

Event Registration Discounts

Flash Sale Discounts

Discounts vary by campaign and apply only to the specific event listed, unless otherwise stated. All applicable discount values, expiration dates, and conditions will be communicated within the text campaign.

Flash Sale discounts apply only to event registration fees and do not apply to upsells, event protection, or add-ons. Flash Sale discounts cannot be combined with any other applied discounts.

How It Works:
