It seems like just yesterday that the sports world was fawning over baby Riley Curry after her hilarious interactions with dad Steph during the 2015 NBA playoffs. Now, as a 12-year-old, Curry is representing Academy Volleyball Club at the 10-13 Girls’ Junior National Championships in Kansas City, Missouri.
The younger Curry can be seen celebrating with a fiery passion reminiscent of her 4-time champion and MVP father. She even dons his now-iconic number 30. Academy Volleyball Club, based in Redwood City, California, was undefeated on day 3 of the tournament with a 3-0 record.
From One Net to Another
Riley Curry isn’t the only daughter of a star NBA player to serve and spike. Noah Grace Kidd, the daughter of NBA Hall-of-Famer Jason Kidd, also played in the tournament for Dallas Premier Volleyball Club. Watch her interview with her dad and biggest fan.
