🎥 Veo Go Youth Sports Filming Platform Launches Worldwide

Veo Go is an AI-powered platform that uses iPhones and a small kit to record youth sporting events. It launched worldwide yesterday after an initial debut in the UK.
The Veo 3 camera, which has live streaming capabilities with an optional subscription, starts at $1,299.
- Users need 3 iPhones: left camera, right camera, controller
- The platform can generate AI-cut highlights and shareable clips
- Clips and highlights are downloadable (but full games are not)
There is no live streaming. Users upload the footage on their phone over wifi after a game ends. The platform then merges the footage to create a finished file.
⚽️ MLS Team Pledges Long-Term Commitment For Academy Players

Chicago Fire FC will guarantee all new academy players at least three years in its program. The MLS club announced the “groundbreaking initiative within youth soccer,” citing player development and well-being as factors.
New U13 players will be registered through their U15 season starting this year. Those players will then receive another three-year commitment (through U18 competition) if they are retained.
The model “emphasizes security, trust and mental well-being,” according to the club.
⚾️ Perfect Game Partners With BatWraps

Perfect Game landed another big name partnership. The baseball and softball development giant has teamed up with BatWraps, the custom wrapper owned by Los Angeles Dodgers star Mookie Betts.
BatWraps will be PG’s official bat wrap provider. This is the latest in a series of drip partnerships that include Bruce Bolt batting gloves, Pioneer belts and SQAIRZ cleats, among others.
BatWraps products and live customization stations will be present at major PG events; the partnership will also provide opportunities to all PG families and teams.
BatWraps is working with PG’s operations team to ensure its wraps meet all in-game use requirements. Each wrap has a clear inspection window — allowing umpires to verify bat specifications without compromising compliance or safety.
