Youth sports tech platform TeamSnap has revamped their foundational management platform. On November 18, the company launched TeamSnap ONE, a youth sports management app that brings registration, payments, scheduling, communication, training content, and streaming into a single system.

Many youth organizations still rely on multiple disconnected tools to run a season. TeamSnap ONE streamlines those tasks and reduces the amount of manual coordination required from coaches, administrators, and families.

The company says the platform is designed to handle club and league operations from preseason through playoffs, which reflects a growing push for more consolidated technology in the youth sports market.

TeamSnap ONE includes updated registration workflows, integrated payment processing, team and league messaging, modern scheduling tools, and in-app access to video highlights and live streams.

Coaches can also use training resources from partners such as MLS, the Jr. NBA and Jr. WNBA, MLB, and NFL FLAG.

“We’ve rebuilt the platform from the ground up with a modern design and an all-new architecture,” said Reed Shaffner, Chief Technology Officer of TeamSnap. “Customers will immediately feel the difference in performance and experience, and the architecture changes are unlocking AI-powered innovations to further anticipate needs, automate tasks and create the most delightful and personalized experiences in sports.”

“With TeamSnap ONE, we are not just evolving our product or building the foundation for our next era of growth, we are setting a new bar for the future of youth sports technology by creating the most valuable experiences for millions of sports operators, coaches, families and players,” added TeamSnap CEO Peter Frintzilas in a statement.

TeamSnap piloted the platform with a mix of competitive clubs and recreational leagues earlier this year. Testers reported smoother registration processes and easier communication compared with previous systems, according to the company.
