Vaunted Volleyball Training Program Opening New Clinics for 2026

Volleyball is a rapidly growing sport. It has remained steady as one of the most popular girls’ sports in America, but it’s also the fastest growing sport for boys. Overall health is often the difference between success and failure on the court, and some common volleyball injuries include lower leg and shoulder injuries, which Powercore 360 seeks to prevent. These days, trainers, coaches, and even parents are more aware of the importance of injury prevention and functional training. That’s the idea behind Powercore 360.
For youth and high school volleyball players looking to sharpen their skills, the Powercore 360 training system blends science-informed mechanics with sport-specific training tools and clinics. After seven clinics in 2025, the program, founded by pro and Olympic trainer Billy Glisan, is opening new clinics for youth players in 2026.
Glisan is an injury prevention consultant who has trained thousands of youth and professional athletes, according to the Powercore 360 website.

The 2025 clinics included an eight hour on-the-court and classroom experience designed for athletes ages 12 to 17, with an intensive focus on building efficient, powerful movement while reducing injury risk.
Training covered proper arm and shoulder mechanics for both power generation and long-term health, along with hip turn and full-body rotation techniques that translate directly to improved performance. Athletes also worked on approach speed mechanics, foundational hip loading and jump mechanics, and safe, effective landing techniques.
The program includes hands-on instruction with PC360 equipment, including an introduction to the arm trainer and hip trainer and rounded out with targeted core and shoulder strengthening exercises to support power development and injury prevention.
You can sign up for 2026 clinics here. The program will be available live and in-person in cities such as Chicago, Houston, Las Vegas, and others around the country.

Longer programs are also on the site and available for purchase as well.
The eight week Volleyball Power Hitting Masterclass, for example, is a step by step program focused on helping athletes increase arm speed and hitting power while improving overall mechanics.
Over the course of the program, athletes train live with coaches three to four times per week and receive weekly swing analysis with specific feedback for improvement. Participants commit to training three times per week, with built in strength, speed and injury prevention work designed to reduce shoulder and back pain and lower the risk of knee injuries, including non contact ACL issues.
Powercore 360 also markets a series of training and injury prevention tool for a variety of sports intended to help players feel and refine rotational movements. Training systems and accessories are on sale now for the holidays. Here’s where to buy.
