Michael Rittelmann

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Michael attended Hopewell High School in Western Pennsylvania, where he was a multi-sport athlete, competing in both baseball and football. He went on to play both sports at Waynesburg University, serving as a three-year starter at defensive end on the football team.

Michael has 11 years of coaching experience at both the high school and collegiate levels, with a strong focus on player development and program building. In addition to coaching, he serves as the Director of Scouting and Player Personnel for the College Gridiron Showcase, an annual college football all-star game held in Fort Worth, Texas. He collaborates with scouting staffs from the NFL, CFL, and UFL, as well as college programs nationwide, to build a roster of 250–300 athletes who compete in front of professional teams and decision-makers.

Michael also works as a scouting consultant for the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League (CFL), supporting their scouting staff on the evaluation of talent.

He currently resides in Pittsburgh, PA, with his wife Tara and two sons, Hudson and Maddox.
