About the Scholarship
For far too many student-athletes, the dream of competing in college is financially unattainable. The Grow the Dream Foundation exists to bridge the financial gap for families in need and promote the positive impact of college athletics. The foundation and its sponsor company, Prep Network, share the mission of creating lifelong memories for athletes through a combination of premiere competition and media exposure, seeking to make college athletics a reality for more aspiring high schoolers across the country.
In 2025, we are excited to announce that the Grow the Dream Foundation will narrow in on a $10,000 per year scholarship for one student-athlete in the class of 2025 who is pursuing a place on an athletic roster at a college or university in the state of Minnesota. The scholarship winner will continue receive $10,000 per year, for a maximum of four years, towards the tuition at the Division 2, Division 3, Junior College, or NAIA college or university of their choice. The scholarship money will be broken into two payments, $5,000 for the Fall semester and $5,000 for the Spring semester.
This scholarship will have an application process as well as an interview process. We plan to get to know our candidates, giving each of them an opportunity to showcase their talents and skills throughout the selection process.
